Mid-State Gates has been a product of passion — a passion I didn’t know I had until it fell in my lap.
I started off as a young, eager firefighter who was looking for a little extra income. After buying my first home, I built a unique privacy fence that caught the attention of my neighbors. After the third or fourth person knocked on my door to ask about my fence, I thought building fences could be my opportunity to make extra money.
My passion for all things fencing and security cultivated over the years and led to the development of Mid-State Gates, our automatic-gate company, in 2017.
Though my career may have changed paths, public service and a focus on safety didn’t stop.
If firefighting taught me anything, it’s that safety is my number one priority, and I carried that mindset with me into Mid-State Gates. Often, our gates are the first form of security for homes or businesses, which is why we take extra steps to ensure our customers can depend on us to employ the best safety practices. Our gate quality and customer service is what sets us apart and is why our customers continue to trust us with the safety of their loved ones and belongings.
